The 13-Moon Calendar has 13 months of 28 days each and a single day outside the month and week cycle. It is unique in that it starts around Gregorian 26 July, synchronized to the position of the star Sirius. Unlike the International Moon Calendar, it is not a leap week calendar, nor a leap month calendar.
