This page links to the Universal Celestial Calendar (UCC), a 'Freeman Calendar' created by Litmus A Freeman.

The UCC can be considered 'Celestial' because it is based on the astronomical orientation of earth to the Sun via the equinoxes and solstices, and therefore the 4 seasons and the western tropical zodiac which it closely aligns with.

It can be considered 'Universal' because it works the same wherever you are on the planet, regardless of hemisphere and is non religious, having an epoch based on the precession of the equinoxes.

For more details see the UCC page.
