The Dozenal Solstice calendar is a perpetual solar calendar proposed by Paul Rapoport, specifically designed for use with the dozenal (base 12) numeral system, which has seen advocacy due to being a highly divisble number. The calendar divides the year into 12 30-day months that are further divided into 5 6-day weeks. Extra days known as S-days which are not part of any month are dispersed irregularly throughout the year to keep it in sync with the tropical year.
