North America[]
In the Definition columns of the following table, ‘≺’ means ‘precedes’ and ‘≻’ means ‘follows’. A weekday abbreviation followed by a digit signifies the nth such weekday in the given month. Any last weekday of a month can be described as the weekday preceding the same first one in the following month.
Although there are a few month dates that can fall into three different weeks, this doesn’t apply to any of these holidays that are already specified by week or weekday (of month).

If Easter was permanently moved to the second Sunday after the first Saturday of April, as has been proposed to the WCC, it would either fall onto -W14-7 or -W15-7. The Sunday on or after 5 April would always be -W14-7 and, likewise, the Sunday on or after 12 April would always be -W15-7.

| -W15-7 | -04-14 | -04-21 | 60.75% | |
Another, more successful though unimplemented proposal to the WCC for a unified date of Easter is based on astronomic calculation, which makes it mostly impartial on the actual calendar used.
