The International Quarter Calendar or International Quart Calendar (IQC) is a part of the International Week Calendar (IWC), although not part of the International Standard Week Calendar (ISWC).

Unlike the International Trimester Calendar (ITC), its quarter-years are not necessarily three months but 13 weeks long. They may be called quarts for disambiguity. Weeks and therefore quarters begin on Monday. Only the last quart of the year which may include the 53rd week, alias leap week, can be 14 weeks long exceptionally.

A subdivision of the 91-day quarter-years into three months each is optional and may be compatible with Symmetry454 Calendar, Symmetry010 Calendar or Hanke-Henry Permanent Calendar.
