Prolo what?[]

I love the article! Very thorough. But can we go with "Overview" or "Introduction"? This isn't a scholarly journal, after all. - Nhprman 16:22, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Sure. "Prolegomenon" is actually a word used in English, if not often. It means: "prefatory remarks". Maybe the only time anyone would ever hear it, or rather the plural form, used is in the title of Immanual Kant's "Prolegomena to Any Future Metaphysics". I'll change it now.
Thanks. Not everyone is as smart as you! ;-) I have heard of it, but I readily admit to looking it up online, just in case it didn't mean "prefatory remarks." - Nhprman 16:57, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

This "talk" page is generally designed to carry on discussions about the wording of an article, or technical aspects of the text, but not the CONTENT. I'd like to suggest that a content/discussion page be added. Check out this page from the Romapedia Wiki. It has a companion "Forum" page (we can call it a "discussion" page here) for discussing the content of the article. This will happen more and more as we go on, I'm sure.

I would also say that the "Forums" at the watercooler part of this Wiki is NOT the proper place for these discussions, but rather, they should be connected to the articles. This is a unique and clever use of Wikis and encourages discussion and comment.

Without such an outlet, I fear the article itself will become a talking space, and that would be VERY confusing. - Nhprman 17:10, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
